I am a Registered Sports dietitian that works with athletes struggling with underfueling and eating disorders.
Here at Nutrition at Play my goal is to help you reach your performance goals, we do this by improving your fueling plan, optimizing timing of meals and snacks,& working on hydration plans.
I also take an all foods fit approach, where we can find food freedom and work through issues with body image.
